Thank you for this! I needed a glute workout that had minimal impact on my thigh muscles. My physical therapist told me glute isolation exercises actually help with knee problems. She recommends to avoid working the quads or hamstrings muscles, as they increase pressure on the knees, if you have weak glutes. There needs to be a balance. Once I get strong glutes I can then reintroduce quad and hamstring exercises. I think this is the perfect routine!
Just did this after your sculpted legs video (which I’ve done several times and love) .... I’m now stuck on my carpet unable to move 😂 that burn was crazy! ❤️

Did this with 10lb ankle weights and felt thoroughly challenged. There were some nice moves in here that I haven't seen in other workouts so that was awesome!
