    I was thinking "oh this isn't too bad" and the we got to the alternating heel and knee touches and you had me. However, I must say, you are my favorite I've found so far for these online-at home workouts because you talk to viewers like we are really there. Your little comments and jokes also help to make the time go by faster so it's easier to stay motivated. Thank you for taking the time to do this for everyone!

    Thank you for this! I needed a glute workout that had minimal impact on my thigh muscles. My physical therapist told me glute isolation exercises actually help with knee problems. She recommends to avoid working the quads or hamstrings muscles, as they increase pressure on the knees, if you have weak glutes. There needs to be a balance. Once I get strong glutes I can then reintroduce quad and hamstring exercises. I think this is the perfect routine!

    Did this with 10lb ankle weights and felt thoroughly challenged. There were some nice moves in here that I haven't seen in other workouts so that was awesome!

    Jeez this was hard! Hardest leg/ bum workout I’ve done but I like a challenge and will be doing this again in a few days 😂 never seen some of these movements before. It was more than burn it was pain 😂 x

    This is such a burner! I used resistance bands for the bridges and up to the clam shell... regretted my decision when I could barely move later hahaha. So glad I tried it out. Thank you, Zanna!
