Glad you are shedding light on This. Curious if you had also looked at your thyroid? Feel like an episode or resource for racers on this would be invaluable. I genuinely believe he has all his riders blood doping or whatever it’s called where they draw blood freeze it for some time and then put it back in them a day or two before the races
@@justinhushon8876EPO? It’s usually catchable isn’t it. Thing is people will cry people need to be tested but when they actually get caught suddenly it’s “fuck WADA & the AMA, you’ve ruined a guys career”
@gildo101rossi what he is talking about is not EPO. He's talking about storing your own Blood and later putting it back with an IV, it has a similar effect to EPO but harder (in motocross probably impossible) to find with testing.
I get it. Was a pretty high level athlete then took 2 years off. Came back and couldn’t hack it by a mile. Realized my T was just trash so on a prescribed dosage now and it’s comical the difference. Not where I was but miles better.
When I was training for racing and working 10hrs a day I crashed my test into the dirt over a few years. Don't have the most talent racing, but training I could go to another world and it obliterated my endocrine system. Got on test an next thing you know I feel like a super hero and my bitchy mood vanished.
I too have Epstein Barr and it comes and goes in cycles. The worst was sleeping 22 hours a day for 4 days straight. I don't know anything about easing it so when it hits, I rest. When it subsides I try to cram as much as I can before it returns. It really sucks bad and I'm 70 years old.
Look into Morley Robins and the root cause protocol. He asserts symptoms such as ours are caused by mineral deficiency; specifically, magnesium and copper which both are critical for cellular function. I’ve also been suffering with anxiety which I never had before and he explained that it’s most likely due to chronic stress caused by 2020 events. Being in a state of constant stress depletes magnesium as it is used to regulate our fight/flight response. I’ve just started the beginning steps of his protocol and I’m already beginning to feel my anxiety lessen as I’m not waking up multiple times at night in a panic. You may also find some relief.
This is me now and I’m cluelsss. 51 and got injured in the ribs (usually Moro x but this time sprinkler repair. The terrible sleep has now evolved into a list of crap.
Im not sure how i got it, but yeah, she's telling it how i experience it. It's not always there. Sometimes im fine. Other days I need to rest after getting dressed and walking outside.
I can't believe that everyone has forgotten and swept under the rug the fact that James Stewart tested positive for PED use and Adderall multiple times in AMA and it wasn't brought to light until he was busted for the same thing while racing MX GP for team USA in Europe. Then he only got a slap on the wrist with a rest of the season suspension. Which that season was 3\4 of the way done already and was allowed to race again the next year.
They’re also just going to be a big difference with men and women in performance due to testosterone. Such as Bone density, strength, endurance etc. If I was an elite rider I’d be on exogenous test and epo without question.
So even in track ,previouse records havent been beat since the 70s i believe and partly due to ped testing not been available before then, thats why no one recently has beat these records
It’s really funny when you listen to the infamous tony Alessi pulp cast, before he called in DV made a joke about giving peds to brock tickle And let’s see if he goes from 7-8 to 3-1 and guess what 3-4 years later he gets busted when he was getting on the podium. And these guys said there was nobody doing it. BS.
Listening to this i wonder if I have had epstien bar as well, went through about a half a year where i would be exhausted just vacuuming, this is after i was riding road bike and had very close to pro level fitness (local pro level). I still get times like this even now that last for a couple weeks, but I also have Meniers disease so it may just be mostly from my Meniers
My doctor diagnosed me with epstein barr after Covid-19. I was pretty much on bed rest for close to a year. Miserable, weak, never having enough energy. Before that I used to go out and skate daily and was very active. But during that year I couldn't even walk a mile without panting. A year has passed now and I'm feeling way better. My energy's back. I take probiotics, vitamins and try to eat healthy. You posted this a year ago so I hope you're doing better now!
I got Epstein Barr after getting Covid-19 for the second time. I was 20 years old at the time. In a pretty healthy shape. Also a woman. I did skate every day and could go for like 4 hours a day, no sweat but when I got Epstein Barr I was on bed rest for almost a year. I didn't have the energy to do anything. I couldn't walk a mile without panting. I was so miserable. There was a time I actually considered suicide and cried on a daily basis. I felt like I didn't deserve to be alive since I couldn't do shit. I couldn't even work. Recovering from that was miserable too. Took another year to recover. I don't think any drugs actually helped me recover but I did take probiotics and vitamins for a few months. Recovery was slow. I only started feeling a difference about 1.6 years after I got infected with Epstein Barr. Now I feel so full of life. I will literally have the urge to go and sprint down the road at like 1 AM. I now feel like a superhero compared to then.
He also had Ebstein Barr, he was really bad during des nations in 07... James was coming In supercross, but he was still the guy outdoors. If it was only about testing, why wouldn't he have finished 07 outdoors? He won every race he entered... he could of cruised to an 11th title, he didn't, he retired instead. The dude was spent and his body was breaking down from all the training. Aldon pushes guys too early retirement... it's a fast but very bright burn. Dungey retired early too and he worked with Aldon, same with RV... Even Aldon says it, i can't remember who he said it too, but the gist of it was "do you want championships and an early retirement, or an extended career with less or no championships"? And honestly, when samples are 'taken' by USADA or WADA, that just mean they took a sample, it doesnt mean they tested it... and there's many different testing packages. In the UFC it's 25K a test that can detect picogram ranges, which is much smaller than a microgram (millionth of a gram). Do you think supercross is paying that? Hell no, so it's easy for them to cheat... Was Ricky doping, probably, but so is most everyone... Eli has an awfully squared jaw that just appeared one year after an off-season. The top guys are doping, it is what it is... If RC was taking something, do you really think other guys weren't? So where's the advantage? He still out trained everyone, no drug creates technique or speed... it allows you to go faster longer. If he was doping, it was EPO, not steroids... He still had more speed than anyone, Including James outdoors (not supercross)... and like I said, others were taking it too if he was, it didn't help them beat him lol. So that's not why Ricky won... he won 102/126 total outdoor overalls and well over 200 individual moto wins.... I don't care what drugs someone does, it's not going to land you at that record, and it doesn't create speed and skill. If you wanna know who's on EPO, check who's up at 2-3am riding their road bike... EPO delivers more oxygenated blood with increased red blood cells, but it also thickens the blood and can cause heart attacks (a whole team died one year at tour de France because of it), so you gotta wake up at night and really get the blood flowing as prevention, it's usually with a bike ride or run... something cardiovascular related.
@@shste84 There's a race where Ricky was still on 125's and Davey C asked him directly if he was going to be around as a PRO racer for long, and to paraphrase Ricky, he said: "Nope, I'm going to get mine and dip". This was 6+ years before '07. It amazes me how people love to dream up reasons as to why Ricky retired "early", as if all the wins, 5 SX championships, an *undefeated* motocross career spanning a decade and 3 MxON's wasn't reason enough. hehe
