I took the Xr because it has the Baja tank and it felt right to be on a carbureted bike with the other guys. That said I would have loved to have had the T7 it would have handled everything we rode with ease. Just make sure you have flat repair tools. A lot of adv groups we met had flats too. I’m running the trail max raid on my t7.
