Iced chocolate is actually a type of sweets which made with cocoa, coconut oil and mint extract. I'ts ment to be kept in the fridge because it melts easily because of the coconut oil. With the mint it's a cool summer treat and it's from Germany but it's also popular in Hungary where I'm from. I think that's what they meant. :) Have a nice day!

I have to say, it's very frustrating watching beauty gurus talk about foundation, concealer, etc. when we can't actually see it. It's always 5 feet away, blown out with beauty lights and filtered away. Half the time I can't see any difference when she says a base product is awful and it starts to feel like she could put house paint on her face and we wouldn't be able to see.

1000000% agree. To be completely honest, you say it “looks bad” but it looks just like your makeup (maybe a little light handed compared to some of your more full glam looks) always does. To me it looks completely fine.... so what’s the point of the trying on for a video if your lighting/filter makes it looks fine to us. The only thing I could definitely see issue with was the Givenchy shadows

i think she works really hard for us....i cannot remember in the last 4 years the last time she didn't upload a vid and she reads the comments......she takes her job seriously, tests both high end, low end products, indie products....mixes it up with hair or skin care; let's us into her lives. If she makes money then she makes money, god bless her. (and pookah and james....but esp pookah)

I LOVE the Becca foundation!! I use it pretty much every single day. I have pretty good skin, no acne or really visible pigmentation or anything like that it’s just dry as hell and dull looking. I also use a spf on my face every day so it’s lighter than my body, the aqua luminous foundation is perfect to even out my skin tone and give me a little bit of dew without putting anything too heavy on my face. It is definitely not a night time foundation but it’s perfect for work!
I, personally, would DEFINITELY be interested in seeing a version of this for other stores, drugstore makeup, etc., BUT only if you used JUST the makeup you chose for the video. For me, the excitement of these videos comes from seeing how the final look comes out. It's pretty anti climactic when it's doctored if the makeup isn't working bc...isn't that the point? I absolutely ADORE 💕 you & your content, your work ethic, & your personality, so I mean NO disrespect. I enjoy watching you regardless but, as a video premise goes, I felt this one was defeated as soon as you "fixed" everything that looked less than complimentary. 😕
You should do “I guess the rating of sephora makeup” that way you go in with an unbiased opinion on all products. Not saying you did but this way you don’t go in thinking good or bad.
I honestly am in love with my Becca foundation. My skin is really dry and it makes me look great. I always get compliments on my makeup when I wear it❤️ Skin types make a huge difference!
I love the Becca as well. I don't like looking or feeling like I am wearing a ton of makeup. I like having skin showing through-and the Becca foundation is luminous and pretty.
My boyfriend and I were about to eat lunch and I asked him if he was okay with me watching this video while we ate. Wetting your eyeshadow brush with a few squirts of Mac Fix+ will always bring out the pigment in the eyeshadow more versus apllying it with a dry brush. Tati almost always does that if she has problems with eyeshadows but in this video she did not.

The powder has Menthyl Lactate in it so that is why it had a cooling effect and burning effect to the eyes. There are some ingredients that really don't need to be in stuff for the face.

I was hoping you would have purchased Smashbox’s eyebrow pencil that looks like a brow wiz but it is a gloss for the brows. It’s very low rated but I want to try it lol!
its actually only meant for people with super thick brows to give a glossy/editorial-esque look, but a lot of people dont realize that which tends to be why people dont like it. i use it on clients that have super thick natural brows and it works super well as long as you use it like its intended to be used :)
I have dry skin and that Becca foundation is my go-to. I LOVE the way it melts into my skin. I’m not a huge fan of the dispenser, and you do have to use a full pump, but it matches me beautifully and stays on all day. My sister, who has oilier skin can’t use it at all.
I have dry skin and I really hated that foundation. It just made my skin look like crap for some reason and didn't wear well at all so I gave it to a friend and she loved it.

Allow me to enlighten you Tati. Iced chocolate is a delicacy. Resembles and chocolate milkshake blended with ice and more ice- cream so it is thick in consistency. Don't get confused with a thickshake, iced chocolate is more like a chocolate smoothie. The best one is DEFINITELY found at Gloria Jeans, where there are TimTam and cookies and cream flavour.

The burning/minty feeling you were getting from the Natasha Denona powder is from the menthyl lactate, which is used as a cooling ingredient in cosmetics. It's supposed to be less sensitizing than straight-up menthol.
I have dry skin and the Becca Luminous primer is a GOD SEND in the winter months especially! It makes my skin look so beautiful and naturally glowy without appearing oily. I don't like it in the summer months, though, because it is more of a dewy look and that doesn't mix with the humidity of where I live. But overall, if you have fairly clear skin, it gives a beautiful sheer coverage that leaves you with "perfect" looking skin. I always get so many compliments when I wear this. It may not work for everyone, but if you have dry skin, I would highly recommend it.

I LOVE the Becca foundation!! I use it pretty much every single day. I have pretty good skin, no acne or really visible pigmentation or anything like that it’s just dry as hell and dull looking. I also use a spf on my face every day so it’s lighter than my body, the aqua luminous foundation is perfect to even out my skin tone and give me a little bit of dew without putting anything too heavy on my face. It is definitely not a night time foundation but it’s perfect for work!
I use a beauty blender too, because I love the sheer coverage

I, personally, would DEFINITELY be interested in seeing a version of this for other stores, drugstore makeup, etc., BUT only if you used JUST the makeup you chose for the video. For me, the excitement of these videos comes from seeing how the final look comes out. It's pretty anti climactic when it's doctored if the makeup isn't working bc...isn't that the point?

I love the Becca as well. I don't like looking or feeling like I am wearing a ton of makeup. I like having skin showing through-and the Becca foundation is luminous and pretty.
My boyfriend and I were about to eat lunch and I asked him if he was okay with me watching this video while we ate. He had his full attention on the video by the end and was even making comments about all the products you had used (and even stopped eating his lunch he was so into it)!! Wetting your eyeshadow brush with a few squirts of Mac Fix+ will always bring out the pigment in the eyeshadow more versus apllying it with a dry brush. Tati almost always does that if she has problems with eyeshadows but in this video she did not.

The powder has Menthyl Lactate in it so that is why it had a cooling effect and burning effect to the eyes. There are some ingredients that really don't need to be in stuff for the face.

i know a lot of people disagree but i really dont like how she incorporated other products in that arent low rated. idk i was really curious to see how everything worked out and what the end result would look like but thats hard to do when she used so many things instead of the products she originally mentioned :( and i wished she did a zoom in on her face, it looks airbrushed when its not zoomed in so it's really difficult to know how bad it actually looks and idk. i just wish i saw a real end result of just the bad products with a close up at the end :/ but i know lots of people like the tips and stuff so if more people like that than ofc she should keep doing what shes doing

It makes it so hard a your viewer to tell if it is working or not because you always have a filter. maybe on these types of videos don't use it at all or use it and then show us a close up.
I am a new subscriber and I love your videos! Also the fact that you wear contacts actually really helps me. I have really sensitive eyes too so when things are bothering your eyes I don’t even bother with them. Which helps me sooo much! Your videos are awesome.

I was hoping you would have purchased Smashbox’s eyebrow pencil that looks like a brow wiz but it is a gloss for the brows. It’s very low rated but I want to try it lol!
it's actually not that bad. its very waxy, but it fills the eyebrows in nicely. i wouldn't recommend it for hot weather.
its actually only meant for people with super thick brows to give a glossy/editorial-esque look, but a lot of people dont realize that which tends to be why people dont like it. i use it on clients that have super thick natural brows and it works super well as long as you use it like its intended to be used :)
It was nice in the brows and a good colour for my invisible coloured brows but the stick is literally melting away 😭 it wont last long at all
I thought the wax pencil was to shape and help hold powder you put on your eyebrows to look darker.

I have dry skin and that Becca foundation is my go-to. I LOVE the way it melts into my skin. I’m not a huge fan of the dispenser, and you do have to use a full pump, but it matches me beautifully and stays on all day. My sister, who has oilier skin can’t use it at all.

Allow me to enlighten you Tati. Iced chocolate is a delicacy. Resembles and chocolate milkshake blended with ice and more ice- cream so it is thick in consistency. Don't get confused with a thickshake, iced chocolate is more like a chocolate smoothie. The best one is DEFINITELY found at Gloria Jeans, where there are TimTam and cookies and cream flavour.

The burning/minty feeling you were getting from the Natasha Denona powder is from the menthyl lactate, which is used as a cooling ingredient in cosmetics. It's supposed to be less sensitizing than straight-up menthol.
I have dry skin and the Becca Luminous primer is a GOD SEND in the winter months especially! It makes my skin look so beautiful and naturally glowy without appearing oily. I don't like it in the summer months, though, because it is more of a dewy look and that doesn't mix with the humidity of where I live. But overall, if you have fairly clear skin, it gives a beautiful sheer coverage that leaves you with "perfect" looking skin. I always get so many compliments when I wear this. It may not work for everyone, but if you have dry skin, I would highly recommend it.
