Lake Guntersville Pre-Spawn Bass Fishing, April 2024 (Part 1 of 2)

Day 1 on Lake Guntersville DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! This lake is loaded with pre-spawn bass just wishing to be caught. I done all my damage with the 5in Senko in Cinnamon Black Flake. The fish were in the grass so it was rigged weedless and weightless. This was an amazing day on the water and one of the top days of fishing! Can't wait to see what else we catch!

Man… yall got on’em! We were down there the 9th-13th and hit’’em pretty good, but big ones were a little stingy.

We did for sure. I think for the week we were over 200 fish. Didn’t get nothing huge but several over 4 and the biggest was 5.4 or so. All mostly on the weightless senko!

What a great day fishing. My husband and I were turned onto unweighted Senkos about 25 years ago. This lure flat out catches big fish.
