Wtf Smith gets 15 to 20 but the accomplice gets 60
White privilege
Smith is the planner and delivered the fatal blunt blow. He gets 15 WTF
How does the accomplice get more time than the Principal?
Welcome to reality Bro
@@schulteconsult4403 Been living it for some time LOL. Went to law school in '90 and was a reporter before that :)
@@KingCast65 well you should know more than the rest of us. Injustice in the US is plentiful..all races. There is no constant except one..money sets you free☺
@Tiffany A Interesting. Thanks for the update send me a case citation if you can get around to it.
Why did the black man get more time than the husband??
The girl who portrayed the young callgirl wasn't she on Key & Peele?
@0:21, duuuude, six beer bottles can only make a six-pack. It takes twenty four bottles to make a case. I ain't been to law school, but I know that much, at least.
Murderers are proof that ghosts are fiction...some deaths are so grizzly, one wonders y can't the victim return as ghosts to haunt their killers
An extreme lack of evidence that ghosts are real leaves no reason to believe they do.
So the husband and his father get only 15 and 3 but the guy who helped gets 60 can anyone explain it to me
Racism
As already mentioned by an astute youtuber below, WTF with the Smith case... of course it was 1989 and there's no doubt about the why. These are the hidden gems 💎 buried in history for those who may, unfortunately, be victims of a little denial... May the bride RIP!
Yeah cuz i don't know of night cleaning ladies carry loads cash but then 'night cleaning' could now be literary thing
When they initially said that I was like wait what ?? Lol

Why didn't the exwife press charges he would not have been around to kill the next wife
Please increase the sound output from your end. Viers can adjust it to their needs. Also, keep your narration more distinct. Thanks - 2/22/21
will 6 beer bottles make a case...... actually half a case...you need 12 for a full case... ;-)
Too many commercials- knock it off!!!
If you want to get rid of the adds just start the video then skip to the last 10 seconds from the end let it play out then press restart adds gone

what commercial
I didn't see even one ad because I use a free adblocker called *uBlock Origin*
There are versions for PC, which I have, and also for Android.
Just Google it and find the one you need, but don't try ones by any similar names.

Thank you for the complete episodes. There's a lot of ads, yes. But most you can disperse of after 5 seconds. Ill take that anyday. Being a narrator for my own channel, i get the need for ads. Hell i cant even get monetized let alone have ads on my channel lol
Words of wisdom.
The Haunted Library, since you can watch ad-free with a monthly suscription and you are getting to view this program for free, I don’t have much patience with people complaining about advertisements, despite how annoying the interrupt are.
My cel has a Skip Ad after 5seconds!
Too many damn commercials 🙄🤦🏽♀️😩

Will six beer bottles make a case??!!! 😂😂😂😂
I think the fly guy put his eyes on backwards that morning..
Richard Overton’s first wife dropped charges so she could continue to get her alimony. “But for” her self interest, the second wife would be alive.

No, six beer bottles do not make a case. 24 beer bottles make a case.

Oh my God, FBI detective bring back the positive result.
I know. We are now so used to seeing the FBI on the side of traitors and criminals.
The bad punctuation in the opening message always makes my blood boil. It''s two sentences, not one.
Lord Hill?
Carol Phillips me too, but thts all youtube videos
Carol, are you being ironic using a quotation mark instead of an apostrophe? 😂🧡 I agree with you though, bad grammar looks unprofessional in a documentary, book, etc.
kayla Cross, however, this was a professionally produced program made for broadcast or cable television, not some kid’s self-made video clip.
Carol Phillips. I agree with your frustration about poor grammar and syntax in a professionally made television program. However, some perspective is in order. If you really want to read something that will make your blood boil, someone like you with such an appreciation for written English will be interested in this _New Yorker_ article:

Police did not follow up at all on daivd smith's missing wife until the divers found her dead in her car a year later. When smith reported her missing, they waited on him to 'get back with them '. ugh. Wtf.
They could'nt be bothered
they thought she left him, so there was no urgency to investigate until 4 months then they started to ask around. Police was wild back then
See, why is it that the person who PLANNED the murder gets such a short sentence?! The murder wouldn’t have happened without the plan...period! No wonder there’s so many murder for hires, since their punishment does NOT fit the crime.
He planned it and committed it, the black guy only helped dispose of the body. He also helped police so the blatant racism in Yh is case is infuriating
Last case : sadly she never look in to her food for her sickness.. sometimes doctors says : your slickness is a mystery... but there is always an answer for any cause ... it’s just medical doctors, they are not an researchers... and they like to a few tests perfectly says .. here your condition, and it calls this .
Poisons are not easy to catch .., that’s why regular medical doctors miss the toxins.. 2 wife’s with the same man , were sick with same conditions ... yet they still missed it. But we see after Janet was gone . It was a research & investigation medical doctors, who find that out - cause finding a poison or toxins- needs an investigation- hospitals or doctors never treat that like it .

Did forensic files do the call girl case also?
Brian Korth, yes, I believe so.
The reason for the difference in the sentence is because the judicial system takes into consideration the fact of who is more likely to recommit a serious lethal and violent crime.

I believe that Linux "takes care" that deleted files are nearly unrecoverable.
