I would use that yearly spread in the Weeks (where all days are listed) to track my period and migraine and mood, but it's very good for tracking anything that you would like to see on a yearly basis. The 365 checkpoints - I'd color in one every day when I wake up and the world hasn't ended. :D They seem to forget that 2024 is a leap year and has 366 days, but oh well!
