Minced meat with cheese / Dutch schnitzel

Raw materials:
500g minced pork
250g grated gouda (or edam) cheese
100 ml cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
Breadcrumbs for coating and oil for frying.
