I was thinking all night last night how to get my hip moving back in that direction consistantly and what body part to concentrate on. You have all the answers I need all the time. Just keep making these vids, youre a real champ!

Another great video, I’ve been working on EE for a while, great drill, I tried it with a Tennis ball cut in half underneath my tail foot. Brilliant 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Thanks! This seems promising, unlike the countless video’s advocating for the rear on the wall drill. The explanation on what the shin should be doing is excellent. My right knee is always moving forward toward the ball and didn’t know how to stop. Wish me luck!

Thanks Trevor for another great video. Not only I understand more about how the ground works but why I might be early extending. Keep it up, thank you!

Trevor - is this drill better than the 10 and 2 hip drill for early extension? The three essentials for hip rotation video. Thanks for the great content.

This is truly one of my favorites that I use quite often! Would highly recommend trying if you struggle to get pressure forward and early extension!

2 things I’m freakin sick of. Squatting during the downswing (butt on chair), and shallowing😂. This eliminates one at least. The butt on chair squat has made me pull off of every shot. Got the toes bad. Thanx as always TS!!

For the life of me I can't stop the right leg from kicking forward lately. Think one cause is that I lose most of my ankle and knee bend when I'm at the top and leg too extended. I try to keep some bend but still do it. is there a common cause of why one would get their right knee too far back during back swing ?

It could surely be getting the leg to extended in the backswing, or a lot of time starting with to much weight in the toes at address. We need to have space to be able to move pressure around back and forward. It is also going to tie into a large amount of the direction we apply force. I think the problem a lot of deal with is just trying to keep pressure back!
