This is such a wonderful rendition. The harp added so much. It is very immersive that even in the worst of COVID times such highly diverse choirs put this together. God bless everyone who made this possible and to all who share in its joys.
thank you for performing this wonderful composition of music and providing the text as a moment for the better kara oke, so far.. its a bit weird though, to see you singing it with a mask as the masked singers.. i want to thank you with a deep love and respect from the inside.. remembering this song from my youth where i sang in different choires, tears always rise when i hear the first words.. and since i work as a clown in the streets to chear up the homeless, i lost some of my friends who were frozen in the cold night and turned into these roses.. walking in the footsteps of jesus the greatest example there was as a human and in my life and in my dream, aware of the need to walk in those footsteps and to be there as a disciple read matthew 10 to reach out my hand as a mother chicken who care about her offspring.. search for the lost sheep of israel, jesus gave us as to order the sheep from the goats, and since you were so brave in the cold winter of caring the poor, the hungry, the refugees, the imprisoned, the naked, the ill.. disciples of jesus as the mark is of the sheep (in matthew 25) i encourage you to embrace the (searching singers of a waiting) bride that welcome the lord... by the holy spirit, god the father, will provide, in one embracing each in love, i invite you to sing it this year (in Germany, Frankfurt with the methodist choire in the Meriam Platz) outside
50 years from now, people will be watching videows like this, with our face masks, and wondering how stupid we were. Nonetheless, such beautiful singing & musicianship.
