Very common POOR construction practise here in India.
Within a year , the steel tubes cause cracks on the masonry due to expansion, and the bars supporting the bricks corrode, and the mortar splits.
The masons and the contractor have long gone, and the owners is left with a shoddy mess.

Flemish bond in India....
Sorry for saying these better soak brick before laying ...ensure Quality first before taking these sort of videos
Flemish bond is good. But these brick layers are amateurs, they're not levelling the courses all the way across the void, and had to use a half brick course to make up for it. Also they using plastering sand instead of building sand, in the mortar mixture.

When you lay brick on step rod and plaster it later, remember the structure is in a rain exposed area.. the steel will rust very soon..It's a technical negligence..
I doubt the capability of wall holding the rods....

Nothing Special....its simple work... we done in far better way than this in 2004 itself..
Could've drilled steel rods into slab and concreting it (concrete wall) has greater strength than these brick work.
