Great review. I have the lsx, ls50w, ls50, dynaudio xeo 20, edifier s3000 pro, and about 10 other sets of speakers. All have pros and cons. Best value is still the edifier, best sound is the xeo 20, ls50w is very close to the xeo 20. Lsx are the perfect quiet speakers for a small space.
@@cosmindrives7039 as a pc set up if you have room correction software it would make each of these speakers better, but possibly take a bit away from the top end treble sparkle
i bought the KEF lsx white yesterday. My daily Speakers on PC are the Yamaha HS8. Unfortunatley my Desk is in Corner and the Yamaha HS8 sounds very boomy. I hope the lsx are great. They look amazing. I also dont like the Kef p1 Stands. Too expensive. Iam not sure which stand i buy, maybe put the lsx to a block of wood :-). Thank you for the great review.
Hi, I have used a long time the LS50w with a sub and it was a great addition for the speakers. I have never tested the LSX with the sub but I would say between LS50w without sub and the LSX with sub go with the LSX + sub. The difference in how loud and deep the two can go is real life not that big but a sub makes a big difference for the LS50w so it should make an even bigger one for the LSX. I would suggest to find a good matched sub ( thats important ) and you will love the combo.
While they where in Romania I had them 0.5m from the wall. Now they have 10cm from the wall. The sound is almost the same due to a setting from the app where you can set the distance to the wall and the EQ will automatically set them up for you.

Thank you for the feedback. You have a really impressive lineup of speakers. I also love the LSX and I use them 8h+ a day as PC speakers.

Yes, you are right... they have been positioned to close to the wall. I have moved since the video and now they are 40 cm from the wall.

I must honestly say i'm really happy with the speakers...the only big - is the app ( simply garbage )
Kef is an amazing high end Soundbrand, every Speaker from them is the on the top of that price range unlile bose or teufel;)
