If your strapped for cash look for free stuff online. My friend picked up free sandstone blocks to use as a garden edge. You can also find free plants. Recently I got quite a few plants at Bunnings marked down to as low as a dollar.
It looks great already and the plants are lovely!!!

Spend 1500 and greatly increased the front of the house? My goodness are u kidding me? It look the same. U just rearranged the plant. And the paint doesnt do much too.
