@jbrvasha5315, my friend if government will provide free & quality education to everyone in govt. & Pvt. Schools - colleges; then there is no question of caste. No govt. done this till now because that day people will stop questioning for reservation and will choose genuine politicians whoever do good for society.
For politicians inability, it's not wise to blame some community. Education is everything.
