Beliefs get formed as we grow... Most PPL get stuck due to beliefs... We still do things that we may know r wrong...1. self limiting beliefs to b changer ...u need to know truly desire ... Limiting mindset don't allow to step out... Write down all beliefs and it's consequences...wts consequences of limiting beliefs...2. choose the belief which u would like to replace... miracle of life.. 3. Strength new beliefs... By practice... write it down every single day... Write 10 times a day.... repetition... change n replace negative mindsets.. every thing u think become reality...4. how to choose new beliefs. .these things r mandatory in life. Real things r the things u need every single day.. non negotiable...be u...feed yr body right food... exercise sleep .. change ur inner world... Ur inner world is reflect in your outor world
I dont know why but a smallest thought in the night doesn't let me sleep peacefully. Sometimes the thought is sooo invalid yet it takes me to a guilt trip. Can you help.
Same happens with me too sometimes and then a single negative thought forms a chain of thought and takes me to a tornado of thoughts and can't even know when time slips and it's morning 😔😔
Hey buddy! I know how it feels to have negative thoughts and along with it, stomach problems. Well, being a med student, I can say that it's pretty common to face gastric issues when your mind can't rest or if you feel nervous or anxious. Simple things you should be doing-never take your thoughts seriously, start medtating in order to increase your focus, and think good. Exercise will release dopamine in your body so do that. Take a good night sleep, ik it's hard but making a habit of it will help you a lot. Even i also used to feel sleepless and tired because of the negative thoughts that used to hijack my mind, once I learned it's all in my mind and I have control over my life, things got better. Shift your mindset from a stagnant one to a growth mindset. Please don't take things seriously, life is short. Make the most of it and stay positive. Hope it helps!
