Spent a most of a day on PC trying to get this spending a minimum of 1/2 hour on all the other loadouts and locations people posted. This video's location let me get it within a minute and never saw the swimming pool mentioned any guides either, so thank you!

Thanks for the guide! I got the achievement right away after watching it! Other guides say that Deacon is supposed to have his feet on the ground, but it appears like you have to simply move in a circle while holding the nitrous key. At least for PC.

The first couple of times I did it, it didn't work. I closed the game, watched some videos on RUclips, and started it up again to try one last time before I sleep. I got into the pool, did it, but it did not work. The next time I went into pool, I tapped x while I was drifting, and tapped a SECOND TIME, instead of holding it. And what can I say? Deacon drifted the bike into a perfectly wide circle in the pool with nitro and I got the achievement. Time to get 75% collectibles, kill 200 enemies with a crafted weapon, etc. lol. Thanks a ton for posting this! This pool is the most flat area for this achievement. I feel like the devs put it there just for that.
