The USA, Liberia and Malaysia make up a flag family just as much as you have the Nordic flags or Pan-Arab flags.
There was no need to place Liberia separate simply to get a pair for Chile.

The only ones I don't think are possible to mix up are Sweden, Denmark, Finland. Crosses, yes, but none of them share the same colours.

What is some agent gives flag of Romania and says that the terrorists are hiding there and the other agents see the flag and think it's Chad and go to Chad and lose track of the terrorists and they get chance of another attack then what will happen?
