The fact that you have chronic pain and can run at all, is remarkable! You go, girl! Thanks for the flip. Love your record keeping. Be blessed, C.

Hey Danielle! I love how you track your data points and will definitely be checking out your setup videos. I've suffered from chronic migraine most of my life and am a former runner (hopefully will be again after I recover!). Like @carolynsfo stated, "The fact that you have chronic pain and can run at all, is remarkable" so BE PROUD GIRL!!! What's more is that if anyone were to ever judge you on your pace, runner or not, they're just a$$holes and really, no one should give a crap what they think anyway p!😂 Now that I'm in PT and working towards being able to run again, I'm going to try to Implement some of your strategies. Thanks and take care!

Meh, run slow. If that's for a mile you're on par with me while on the cross country team in HS. I don't even have the run feature anymore currently. From what I know from PT, the faster the running, the less the benefit curve because the top of the exercise max wellness bell curve is a really strong walk. Like for me it's just under how I'd leave a large building when angry lol
