I hope they change the summon animation, it’s gonna be super cruel to think you pull a shimmer legend but it’s a divinate
This just feels like some bullshit no one asked for. It's nothing more than a distraction from all the actual issues the game has right now, it actually adds its own issues too. How about events that are actually unique and fun? Like the Gaius or Leora events? Instead of the copy paste copy paste events we've been getting for way too long with boring story. Or how we actually get less gold records as rewards these days in favour of elemental records with no pitty? Or how club play has become super stale with no rewards for holobattle and that whole half of competitive PvP has been basically abandoned by so many. Or how someone can be a light spender and not pull a legendary shimmer for 400 days straight. (Myself sadge) how about equipment inventory space??? Let's not mention the shade mother/shadowglow catastrophe ....
It feels like the Devs have given up on the game cos it didn't meet their popularity expectations like afk arena and so have moved on to another game. Afk journey (despite them saying it's not the case. Bullshit)
Dislyte quality is lacking severely lately and I don't know how much longer it's worth holding on to it. And I love the game so much

This is the same scenario with how much shimmer record packs there are plus the amount of times the whales can repeatedly buy them. I know they need profit but even summoners war cap whales to only getting three of each pack. This widens the gap between f2p ad whales too much.
Daddy, I just want to say thank you for sticking up for all of us in the community. For staying optimistic through all the bullshit, and for calling out the company on their shady and scummy practices.
I’m so sick of Lilith and the devs BS. Instead of addressing ANY of the issues that currently exist in the game, they release some bullshit weapon system, of which the bulk majority just do “+10% to final damage” for epic espers.
They advertised this as changing espers for different feel, when in reality they’re just making some legendary espers get broken effects (JJ guaranteed stun ignores RES 100%?)
Meanwhile Catherine and Pritzker get +10% final damage…. When they don’t even do damage.
I hate these changes and this dumb game and I hate that we’re all spending so much time trying to BEG the devs and the company to stop screwing up…

I am F2P. This system looks like a nightmare. Not only will I have to agonize over trying to get enough gold for gear, now I have to spend even more gold for fewer stats. Not only that, but I can't wait to pull nothing but rares and a single epic over and over.

my issue if you are free to play and pull gold, it can be card instead of character, these card upgrade should not be in normal summons

@@kyotheman69 Yeah. All I want is like... my actually good, useful Espers to not sit around at R0 and be gimped. Right now my main struggle is just doing enough damage. The further you get in the various modes, the more often you have to deal with troublesome "leaders" that are immune to disabling status effects. So then I get party wiped, because some leader does some bullshit attack that fucks my entire party instead of being nicely stunned by Adrina.

Watch CA season 1 be exactly the same in terms of bosses, just like rta returned with little to no changes. FF is just SH with turn limit and OFC leaderboards - how nice of them to add leaderboards to every "new" game mode, truly one of the decisions of all time
I just had a thought. In their marketing material it's stated this system is to help smooth out the mid-game. Why then do legendaries get the bulls share of the buffs? It should be the rares and epics getting the good buffs and legendaries getting bad-ok buffs. Legendaries already get the better buffs from resonance, they should make this system for rares and epics.

Heres your +5% final dmg on your drew if he's built extra fast haha lilith. Also why is it so expensive? Maybe the legend divinates are just extra expensive and 4* and 3* arent so bad to upgrade? But still new-er players are still better off grinding relics to get through the bottleneck theyre in lol
Not being able to buy the discs with the NC you acquire naturally while playing the game but having packs in the shop where you can just buy it for a set amount of money is the least F2P friendly route they could have taken here.
so falsetto fantasy is just sentinel hunt... literally, copy-paste and call it a day.
Whales gunna whale, but my issue with the divinate system is adding them to the GR pool. Putting them in the GR pool as well dilutes the amount of espers we get from our resources. This will effect new players the most, because they're going to need a LOT more GR to R6 the good Rares/Epics in the pool.
Yep exactly, and it also limits your prism currency for this exact reason. The older your account is the better this is for you. And also it's obviously good for whales

Feels like those falsetto fantasy bosses are placeholders for now. Hopefully we'll get new bosses soon
Guess that means I’ll just keep saving even after the update, possibly even when the game hits EoS. Tbh, they could easily make this system better without changing the “status quo”.
First, make sure you can toggle if you want the divination to be active or inactive (so you can have variety to team build)
3 stars get 5-15% base stat boosts at d0-d3 and 20% at d6. Make d4 and d5 a choice on a skill to upgrade slightly to change the esper playstyle.
4 stars basically the same as above but less stat increase and better skill choices.
5 star less base stat upgrade (probably cap 10% base) but make the skills ALOT more fun to switch around and toggle so you can chase a d6 and it feels rewarding
Every gacha game before going EoS needs cash cows. That seems what's happening here. Make the most money possible and then run away
i really felt in love with this game, but lilith makes me really really hard to enjoy the f2p expierence.. im so close of leaving the game, its so sad cause the year started really well and now they throwing so hard..
@DaddyF2p but my only issue is what happens when I'm trying to pull an actual legend or epic esper and instead it gives me a divinate. That actually makes me want to go ahead and spin my records. Because divinates acts as reso's and I only have 50 percent of the legends and not a single shimmer.
I wish the espers that are beyond r6 will automatically convert to its divine weapon instead of getting a fking shimmer record.
oh so the only decently consistent way to get the divinate discs is to buy them from cash! because you Can’t even actually farm falsetto the way they said! that’s really good! that’s amazing actually. i love that they implemented this system to… fix the rng grind of the relic system they themselves made and designed and could fix if they wanted to… right!
the formation preset thing is already a problem with sentinel hunt and deso, though I've found that you can just make the preset as normal and switch to it in ritual while keeping your espers in formation in the actual gamemode

I have a few questions, one; does this affect the elemental pulls too? Or can I just keep pulling on that, second, when do we think this will be out, next Tuesday?
So divinates are mainly weapons in functionality and extremely similar to Honkai SR lightcones in aesthetics but worse cause here you will only be able to equip every esper its own divinate instead of being able to choose. And the cherry on top: even more p2w than ever!
I don'k know what are they thinking with game as it is right now...

wait is the divinate level up prices the same accross the board with legendaries epics and rares? cause if going from level 1 -9 is 1mil imagine 30 ._ . and i would not get how that would work to help new players who barely got a dime of gold to their name
This will lead to me quitting this game and probably not pick it up again. Especially since shimmer espers are hard to obtain already on top of the fact that you need to pay to be able to use divinite. The changes are nice but they're changing too much and it's honestly too much to learn imo.

I have a question, if we get divinates in GR echo too and they said each 10 can be a epic esper or divinate, does that mean we can get less wish stones depending on summons rng?
EDIT: I really dont get dislyte dumb mentality of "oh lets do a cool boss design with cool mechanics and fun complexity that will last fot 3 weeks and never come back!"

Tbh I’m not 2 mad about this new system cuz I adds a new progression for espers and gives ones that had bad reso’s another chance and they removed blue multi. But the whaling side of things seems to much much like reso.
the thing is they could just change the bad resos and call it a day not keep the bad resos and add another entire system to "fix" the espers. this just makes theme more broken and probably more unbalanced
Oof. This isn't what I hoped, but sadly about what I expected.
They did say that they released this on ptr early instead of being with the norah patch so that they can make changes due to feedback. Let's be patient and hope they will get feedbacks and implement changes before this goes live, the only thing i wish for them to change is the falsetto fantasy but that's about it

for the legend weapon, it didn't shows rate because it will be 100% the legend weapon you wished for, even for 2 legend copy in a row, as long as u keep wishing for the legend esper u wan, u will always get him only

Lilith trying to milk money from every bit of content they put into the game? What a surprise. The system is moderately fun - I don't mind it at all considering more and more gachas have multiple bonus systems to further increase stats of characters. However, the system benefits legendaries - and in extension whales - much more. And I am not even talking about being able to purchase the currency but about the fact that legendaries have access to better upgrades. What's the most annoying for me is that legendaries get 15% stat upgrades on Tier 6, while Rares get 5%. So in the end of the day your Rares are still under-powered, while legendaries get a quite nice boost. Considering how unbalanced the game is at the moment, I do not understand why they felt the need to cut the Rare bonuses so much.
And they're wondering why the community grown smaller

If anything, they should wait about 1 patches before implementing the purchase of the currency. Why would they sell them on launch?? Grand Cross implemented a new system for upgrading characters about 3 months ago, and they waiting 2 months before you could purchase the packs for Legendary Seals in the shop.

The decisions they make are so garbage and abrupt. And they always expect the player base to roll with it with even letting them air their views with a survey or something.

Just like what everybody is saying why can't they limit the packs for divination. Other games have it too. This is literally gonna stretch the gap so much to miles. I love the implementation but the way u can just buy it and get over it is sad.
At this point they're literally just catering to whales. We F2P's are nothing but punching bags.
The great artworks from the divination card made me have high hopes, can't save us F2P's from the demise we'll get.

Way too expensive. I'm in mid game and working on F16 but the biggest bottleneck continues to be gold for upgrading gear, this is just gonna make that strain even bigger
Ah yes, the biggest bottleneck to growth is relics which cost a lot of golds... So we are going to introduce a new system which need even more gold investments!

Funny how they want us to spend money on their new (obviously copy pasted) content. They spend all of their time and energy on things to make money not realizing the simple truth...people support games that do what they say and make exciting (actually) new content and listen to their community. They don't spend money on games that lie to their players and censor their community. You can't make money on an empty game.

divinite just helps me farm bosses easier, PVP is definitely a problem but in term of PVE I like it.
falseto fantasy being a complete copy of sentinel hunt might sounds bad, but tbh I welcome it so I don't have to invest in more espers and I can just use my sentinel hunt team.
but yea, PVP is dead unless they do smthg with like capping levels, or remove divinite (specifically for that mode I mean)
edit: one more thing, I feel like the players here are just swept up in the wave of "oh dev so bad" and just reject everything they do. i mean, I get it, I got mad when andras was released and this probably will kill pvp contents, but I just want to farm k15 consistently man and this system isn't that bad either. small changes can fix it, don't be too dramatic

good luck with a Tevor R6D6 in pvp guys. It's really the kind of system that I hate. It's going to unbalance the game even more, especially this resonance system. And why be stingy about the number of wish stones. Why not integrate them into all portals? It's not even going to make old espers more interesting. This kind of system should benefit espers who have difficulty performing, not already bronken espers like Toland or Tevor. And once again no change in the design of the bosses, it's still the same thing and the rewards are not that interesting for a beginner in the game. Why not give us shimmering discs directly? How do you want to move forward if Already your team is limited and all the other espers have had a boost? pull yourself together lilith we want new systems. In itself it is an interesting addition. You tell us you want to balance the game but for that why not simply have buff. There are some good additions, however, but not impactful enough. #TakeBackLilith

Wait, are you saying Lilith decided to go down the most P2W route possible?! I'm shocked. (sarcasm oozing) The reality of this system was simply that most whales in the game already have R6 on every esper - and they have no reason to whale any more. This opens up a whole new world of throwing money at the devs at a much larger scale, and likely for less development time than it takes them to make a single banner esper & event.
This game is dying and the Devs keep on making the same mistakes focusing on the wrong stuff
Dislyte needs CONTENT, real game modes, a better story and challenges

The lore of this game e absolutely laughable, every “new” game mode is copy of another thing they already did and the only thing they keep bringing are new espers and new changes to espers

In my opinion this system if he’s implanted like that will make a lot of players quit, if i want a lightcone for my character it's better to play HSR, all that dislyte devs are making is trying is to see how far they can milk the players.
Plus, even with the falsetto fantasy and the artefacts they are recycling some existing model (Clan boss and the album art), this game is more and more a joke it's piss me off.

Well...I don't know, it doesn't seem so bad to me :X Like..theoretically, all gacha games are p2w, you just pay until you get the best units.
Pvp is usually the most obvious place where this comes into play. And yeah, in pvp, this is one more thing that will make whales get higher ranks quicker. But ultimately, you can still get everything here with time. You can even reliably farm this currency, and you have a guarantee that you will get who you want eventually.
Before the wish stone system, this was lacking in Dislyte character-wise, but now, it is similar - as long as you save up, you can get the character you want/need. That is, in my opinion, very f2p friendly. Heck, the game even lets you have units great for clearing equip for free, and there are many non 5* who can do the job, too.
Literally the only truly p2w thing in Dislyte are imo shimmer espers - simply because of how rare shimmer records are, and because many shimmer espers are quite op in pvp.
But this? Looks decent to me. :)
I think what's sus about dislyte is they have a need to monetize _everything_. It could've very easily been a slightly p2w gimmick by making people work for it

To me, it kinda feels like the devs are really trying hard, but at the same time, the company (publisher..? not sure about the structure) is pushing for more aggressive monetization.. and we get some sort of a compromise. I play all sorts of gacha and introducing a new system that is buyable with packs seems a standard thing. But think about it this way. They could have left it at divinates dropping in GR. That is how many games have their character/weapon systems, e.g. Epic 7. But they are also giving us a way to farm these "weapons", which seems like an extra step to appease f2p players. Will it take a long time to get stuff this way? Probably. Will whales get it faster? Totally. But you can select which leggy weapon you want and you are guaranteed to get it. I think that's pretty solid. :) But maybe I am just too forgiving, I admit. I totally understand frustration, but I don't think it deserves as much hate as it is getting. :)
