beautiful car, I'm a detailing nut and noticed streaks on the hood, I would have to take care of that pronto. I have a 97 narrow body 993 with 23K miles, it's my favorite, love the 993's. Something about that sound when you close the doors.
You are correct, we just had it cut polished professionally yesterday. I wanted to take a video (this here) prior to any work being done on the car. It is now in the showroom and looks exceptional! Whoever the lucky new owner is will be satisfied. My email mike@weissach.com for whoever is interested.
@@adcampo7601 Good question, thank you for your interest. It is not uncommon for these cars at this age no matter the mileage as they all vary. In this car’s case we noticed some leaks on the right lower valve cover, left chain housing and #1 through bolt. We have very high standards within the industry and we pride ourselves on the reputation our clients have come to know us for specializing in Porsche automobiles since 1980. This vehicle is no exception.
@@MikeJones-mk7mt Thanks. I know dropping the engine and resealing it is very common on the 993's A bit surprising that it's already leaking if was recently done. I think it would have to be dropped again to fix those leaks. Can you share what repairs you'll be doing on it?
@@adcampo7601sorry for the confusion as I meant that last year we completed the engine top end rebuild, and is no longer leaking. The car will only need an oil service as it will then need nothing but a detailing. My email if you like to discuss further mike@weissach.com where I can provide more details if interested. Thank you and Happy Holidays!
This car is worth more than that, it's been well maintained and is an overall excellent example. The interior colour is a favourite to many especially with the black exterior, very sleek but to each their own of course! If you like to discuss further my email is mike@weissach.com thank you and happy holidays!

So timeless
Beauty.
She is indeed! A favourite of ours here at the store. Known to us since 2006!
Looks amazing. Why an engine rebuild at 67k miles?

Beige interior is a deal breaker. High mileage US car, modified exhaust; should bring the price down to $145k?

@@MikeJones-mk7mt I agree. Personal taste is a person take. This car is unreal.
Cute, prefer my old air cooled though.
Love for all air cooled!
