Vox is one of the most popular characters in the entire fandom. He’s voiced by Christian Borle
Who’s an American actor and singer. What’s funny about christian is he’s actually barely online and doesn’t use any social media platforms at all. This is in stark contrast to alastor’s voice actor amir talai who regularly uses twitter to chat to fans and retweet fanart.
So the two voice actors are basically the inverse of their characters. Christian was in the recording studio and viv took this funny behind the scenes video.
Christian did a wonderful job as vox and i can’t wait to see him return in season 2.

I love it when iconic pairs/rivals’ actors are the inverse of their characters. With Good Omens, David Tennant (who plays the demon Crowley) is a silly little angel irl and Michael Sheen (who plays the angel Aziraphale) is a chaotic (yet lovable) demon man. It’s always wonderful when that happens.

I ADORE Christian Borle, if you liked his singing you should absolutely listen to his Broadway musicals, my absolute favorite role of his is Marvin, the lead role in the falsettos. It's a heart warming and wrenching story with deeply flawed but beautiful characters, and the songs are amazing (there's almost no dialogue, it's a le mis style show) and it's got a sarcastic comedy about it at times. It's about a man who has left his wife and child to be with his lover, a man, and how he struggles to keep his family together despite that. It also explores the Jewish identity and gay life in the late 70's/ early 80's in New York, I can not recommend it enough!
What a great job he did for Vox's voice. I immediately fell in love with this voice the very first time I heard it in the trailer! 😍 The fact that he doesn't use social media make me think he is the full opposite of Vox personnality which is reassuring 😅

Yeah it’s EXTREMELY ironic that the one who voices a character who’s all about screens and technology doesn’t use technology at all whilst the other voices a character who hates technology and is strongly against it uses technology all the time (it’s actually really funny when you think about it)
