    I always hate when people complain about that percentage increments. It's not a big deal at all no one spends that much time looking at it. If you get to 20% simply charge it. When I had my eb55 I rarely looked at it.

      Would you like a watch that only gave you 15 minute increments? Thought so.

    I bought this unit last year. The wireless charging feature worked the 1st 2 or 3 times I used it but after that it completely stopped. Other than that issue I do love the unit .

      The wireless pad on these is a bit wonky. Mine still works but it’s like you have to find the sweet spot and then it will start charging and then I’ll check minutes later and it would have stopped charging.

    The USB-C 100W port is a duel port. IT can be used to charge a device, and it can be used to charge the EB55 with a USB-C 60 Watt wall charger. In fact the EB55 can be charged 3 ways at the same time using the Solar port, barrel wall plug port and the USB-C port for fast charging.

      Thank you for sharing your insights! It's great to know that the Bluetti EB55 Power Station has multiple charging options and the USB-C port can be used for fast charging. It sounds like a versatile power station. Speaking of which, have you checked out the Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series? It offers massive capacity, fast recharging, and comprehensive protection. It might be worth considering for your outdoor adventures and backup power needs!

    Someone else said it cannot output DC while charging, if that's true it's strange.
    Can you run your 12v cooler while charging? Those coolers need to be running all the time.

    That Mark 2 would have been a game changer if you could charge it thru solar panels. It would pose problems if I am out for two nights. It will be just dead weight after the 1st night.

    We've had power bricks since xbox 360, rly not too worried about that.
    What Im trying to figure out is what station would I need to power a 30w lcd tv and a 150w ps4 slim for about 3 hrs.
    thats it...
    i do not know why it is so hard for me to find this information....
    does no one else play games when they are out on the road?

      30 W + 150 W = 180 W; 180 W @ 3 hr = 3 * 180 = 520 Wh; your chosen power source must have at least 520 Wh capacity.

    I would have purchased an EB55 if it had the option to connect an extra battery to increase the capacity. I ended up getting the River Pro which is pretty awesome.

    • @yoleto
      @yoleto 2 года назад +1

      Just keep in mind that the River Pro uses a Lithium-ion battery with a rated 800 charge cycles while maintaining 80%+ max charge while the EB55 uses LiFePo4 which allows for 2500 charge cycles.
