I really enjoyed performing alongside Alexander Rudin and the Musica Viva Orchestra. It was fun fun to play a concerto again! Thanks to everyone who helped organise this concert especially to Olga Zhukova, Olga Kalistratova and Marina Butir. Moscow audiences always give me a very warm welcome (even if the winter weather is so cold 😅) I'll be posting the encores soon 😊

I don't comment very often on musical performances. I must say that this is one of the best live performances of Betthoven's Emperor Concerto that I have heard. You and the orchestra were as one. Congratulations to the conductor and soloist. I have been following your progress for a few years now, and I must say that you are developing an exquiste touch. The pianissimo is truely that, and on the forte passages you don't try and hit the keyboard to the floor! Well done and I look forward to seeing and hearing more from you. Thank you David!! Yes, its was a really good conductor and orchestra. The acoustic was also really good so I didn't need to push the sound in the loud sections and the soft playing was all very clear in this acoustic 😊

Absolutely wonderful! I must admit I have never heard of George Harliono before. Thanks to the pandemic, I have become a RUclips addict searching and finding great new talent, and performances. This one did not fail in the least. To play with such grace, instinct, and maturity at such a young age is well earned accomplishment. I don't think I've ever heard anyone play those scales at 29:39 as cleanly as he does here. I learned the 3rd movement last year but those scales always got me, and here he executes it like it's nothing. Superb!!!

I have made an effort to watch other pianists perform the same music as G. Harliono in a effort to determine if he has a unique talent, or possibly I was just to easily impressed, but no. I think the thing with George is his emotion and passion for the music really comes through and enhances the whole experience. From one so young!!!!

I love this concerto. The second movement puts me into another state of being. George, you play it so very well. Better than others I have heard, with the possible exception of Zimmerman, who is a legend. Your sensitivity is exquisite. Your touch so beautiful. I could listen all day.

Krystan Zimmerman ‘s 1980’s was my favourite performance of this beautiful timeless concerto till now. George has won my heart. He puts passion and desire into his music without poking faces and wobbling all over the piano stool.

I've been watching him since he was 6. That's a number of years from now. The unfoldment of his talent and expertise are being observed... for a long time. I think he is a gift from God. George, you very naturally capture all the heroism of the 1st mov., the tenderness of the 2nd, and sparkling jocularity of the 3rd. Outstanding performance! You did justice to, arguably, the greatest piano concerto ever written (with the possible exception of Rach 2). Orchestra was on point as well! Happy New Year!

I have now listened to your performance of Beethoven’s “Emperor” several times, and to my amazement I find that the sound you create becomes clearer and more brilliant to my ears each time I listen.
