How deep is the engraving ?

seeing how the curved surface may add some challenges to the laser, I assume that ti would not be possible to engrave all the way to the ends of the board? Or is this possible?

Hi Bill. Yes the laser will go out of focus if you start engraving the ends. That's why most skateboard makers would laser engrave a flat board first before bending the sides.
