I find the battle of Stamford bridge funny because of how its perceived. It was a massive Anglo Saxon W. The last true Viking army annihilated by those they had tormented for centuries and that is after a force march the length of England by the Anglo Saxons.
But all Viking fanboys remember is the Viking on the bridge because otherwise they have nothing else except a humiliating loss. And guess what? Most historians regard that lone Viking as an urban myth that was created to hype up the Viking army and make vanquishing them an even greater feat rather than just a defeat so total that only 24 of the 300 ships needed to transport the Viking army were needed to cart the surviving prisoners back to Scandinavia.

It truly is remarkable how much actual history is contained in these videos. Taking a surface level look at them would make you think that they are just a massive joke.
