    So happy to see you reviewing this wax! I've been waiting for this!!! I absolutely love this wax. I found it the easiest to use and the CT & HT are amazing paired with the crackling wicks.

    When I pour fragrance like this I put a folded up paper towel just below the rim of the bottle to catch any run down. Sometimes I use pipettes if I'm trying to be more precise (which is rare.) Some of those fragrance oils can play havoc on the plastic body of some measuring scales is you spill it. I note you have a glass top.

    Try using a tooth pick when pouring out your FO. I'm usually pouring out smaller amounts because I do bath and body and the amount is usually around 5% and using a tooth pick braced on the lip helps direct the liquid, especially for smaller amounts💁‍♀️.
    Congratulations on everything by the way, including the new studio, it's looking awesome!

    Omg I love this video! And been wanting to try this wax so bad. Love this channel. I'm so shocked you just sliding the wick in there though! That looked so easy....I assume you can't do that with all waxes? Would that be fine to do with all your candles or no? And also can you do a whisper wick and the tube. I want to try those. I really want to hear how the crackling sounds to. Thank you so much! Love your channel

    Honest opinion you prefer this wax or the coconut soy? Which one do you think had a better ct and ht along with adhesive to jar. Then I would ask if you had to list your top three waxes what would they be top as favorite down.

    • @StandleyHandcrafted
      @StandleyHandcrafted  4 года назад +2

      Bernard Aguiar In the right area for sure. You would have to make sure you’re selling and marketing to a higher end market and demographic. If you have the area to sell in, being able to choose unique vessels and unique waxes can make you stand out a bit above the basic soy and paraffin that is everywhere.

    Is 1.3 oz considered 9% for all FO

    • @MarieEdwardsRae
      @MarieEdwardsRae 5 лет назад +4

      Lisa Hayes Hello it’s actually 8% with the 16 oz of wax Standley used. He said he think 10% is a bit of an over kill, so by using this wax, you can do 9 or 10% according to the wax instructions.

    I just purchased this wax along with the crackling wicks (I think they’re the .625 size). I plan on using 8 oz jars with a 2.5 inch diameter but I’m not sure if the wicks will be ok with that size? I kinda went off of the wooden wick co’s measurements on their site but I just wanted to know if there’s a better way to tell which wooden wick sizes will work with 8 oz glasses or even a 10 oz glass

    • @StandleyHandcrafted
      @StandleyHandcrafted  4 года назад

      I would check the Wooden Wick website for proper size for the jar. I think the .625 might be too big.
