patrick Peterson makes the game 10 on 10, Rhodes is the closest thing to pat Pete level, Rhodes shuts receivers down, pat Pete eliminates them from the game. thats what he does, but if u don't think pat Pete is the best u don't watch football. coming from a vikings fan

My point being that Rhodes only gave up 1 TD last year. 1! Only 1 receiver got 100 yards against him, and Marvin Jones need two games to do that. He ia the top player at his position no doubt. He only gave up 1 TD in the playoffs to Michael Thomas. So that sounds like best player at his position stats. Why isnt he higher? He held Antonio Brown, Julio Jones, A.J Green, Michael Thomas, and Mike Evans to a COMBINED 204 yards. Those are arguably the top 5 receivers in the NFL. He should be top 20. Easily.

This season alone he locked out (mike evans, Michael thomas, AB, julio jones, devonta adams, no targets against the bears, and all the other recievers from other teams, he had one average game all year against the lions, and thats it, hes the best in the league and should be a top 10

He reminds me of the great Mel Blount with his physicality but he also reminds me of Deion Sanders with his craft...very technical player with his play but he should've been placed way higher...maybe #11 in the Top 100 I would say...do y'all agree?

Two things, PI rules got a lot tighter, his hands on technique, which he's honed basically all his life is no longer useful.
Second, receivers got a lot smaller and faster, he can still match up with Julio Jones and that build, but he's a dying breed. He was brought innto stop Calvin Johnson and Megatron is gone.
