  • Looking for a complete motocamping gear kit, but NOT looking to break the bank? In this vid, I'll attempt to build a complete motorcycle camping setup for less than $500. Using the motorcycle camping starter kit builder on MotoCampNerd.com, I will try to put together everything a new motocamper needs to go out and spend the night in the woods including tent, sleeping pad, sleeping bag, pillow, stove, cooking kit, light, silverware, and more. If you're looking to get into motorcycle camping or just interested in options for expanding your motocamping kit, check out the full list of gear below.
Big thanks to MotoCampNerd.com for sponsoring this video by hooking us up with this awesome gear. I'm looking forward to creating motocamping videos with it in the near future, as well as passing on my full review of each piece of gear, from motocamping tent to sleeping bag, sleeping pad, and everything else.

Don’t get me wrong, I like the *idea* of camping, I just don’t like actual camping, including losing an hour in the morning and afternoon. FYI...I have both the Snugpak Ionosphere and Scorpion II tents. Packed down the Scorpion II is not much larger...Setup the Scorpion is much larger and more comfortable. I also use Snugpak sleeping bags and found the Basecamp 32 degree and Jungle bag combo good for our colder months here in the PNW. In snowy conditions I use a Snugpak Elite 5 (5 Degree bag)...Might also recommended a Hammock setup if space or weight is an issue. Also a good tarp is helpful with our weather...
