He set up 4 Niehgbours at the begininning when he should have got 6 (And yes I know there are only 5 rooms with events ((4 were placed already and then the Kitchen was setup as well)) but the haunt says any excess neighbours are placed in the entrance hall) And Secondly, Carley shouldn't have been able to give the ring away as she had already used the "Trade" action to get her lovely necklace of teeth. Thankfully the ring was super important but still played a role. Neither of these turned out to be huge mistakes but could have been Just thought I'd point them out Again AMAZING VIDEO

When I played this with friends the haunt started super early. The only problem was it required a specific room in the basement to do anything. It took 30 minutes to find the basement stairs and an additional 45 minutes to find the room. I was the person "activating" the haunt so I was looking for that room while the other 5 people were just creating a maze in the upstairs hoping it would buy them time. Then I discovered the elevator that allowed me jump to any room with an empty adjacent tile. Combined with my super high movement and I could appear far enough away get in, beat them and get back to the elevator before anyone else could get close.
Did we mention how great it is to see Carley in some of these in-person games? Because it is amazing to see Carley in these! 😄 Love Betrayal, and it seems like they managed to make this edition even more thematic, with the stages to the Haunt's narration. It's also great to see Sully get to introduce a game!
Adam took 2 more damage than he needed to on his first turn! He took 4 damage instead of 2. He did 2 from each trait, when it should be split. (at least according to 2nd Ed rules)
I just watched that bit, and I don't think he did. I THINK (am not sure) he was saying "I'll take one to knowledge and one to sanity". The way he says it sounds a bit like "one, two.. knowledge.. and one, two.. sanity", but I don't think it is.

Hmm I questioning the special rule cause that's like 5 chances to call off the party before the traitor turn. That's feels easy to turn the track down. Did they miss anything?
This is an old video, I know, but trading the Ring violated two of the Dogs rules. 1) You can only trade once per turn. 2) You cannot trade an item you just recieved from another player. Also, it really feels like you shouldn't be able to down the party and attack on the same turn to me.
I must say, the thing I love most other than the fantastic people and content is the humorous interpretations of other cultures accents. Laurie nailing that brah accent, thank you for the laughs and the entertainment!
Maths wise, any roll with these dice is a bell curve centered around the number of dice rolled. Adding a guaranteed +1 just shifts that curve up by 1, but adding more dice both shifts the center over one and widens the curve. So the probability of getting 6 or more with 3 dice + 1 value is P(5) + P(6) = 3/27 + 1/27 = 4/27, or 14.81% While the probability of getting 6 or more with 4 dice is P(6) + P(7) + P(8) = 10/81 + 4/81 + 1/81 = 15/81, or 18.51% So adding the extra die is slightly (about 4%) better than using the guaranteed +1 on only 3 dice.

Was a mistake made on the top floor when the blonde guy went to the gallery since it said it connects to the ballroom but they just used the next tile instead? 1:07:00 he wouldnt have that item to heal then
