We just cannot thank you enough for this video as it provided so much needed information. With what you provided we could plan and purchase all that was needed to make the move and transition to Weinstein! As parents it was invaluable, for our daughter it gave her a perfect preview and reduced any anxieties or nervousness! Move in day was still stressful but your video was so totally awesome that our day was a big success! THANK YOU!
Hi Eric! I’m so glad that I could help:) if your daughter has any questions/concerns or wants someone to talk to, tell her she can dm me on Instagram @haileydawnmusic27 !
Thank you so much for sharing this! Do you know what size of rug is suggested for placing between two beds? Also what size of rugs for under the desk? Thanks again for your help.
Unfortunately I don’t remember. I just got mine from a Burlington down the street in Union Square. Didn’t even take any measurements, just eyed it and it was fine!
Hi, thanks for the tour! I love the decorations. I was wondering if Weinstein was your first choice on the housing application (and if so, why)? Would u recommend it? I got in to class of '25, so I'm trying to find out abt the residence halls from youtube lol!
Hey Maya thanks sm for watching and congrats on getting in!! Weinstein was not my roomate and I’s first choice (first choice was Lipton) but I’ve enjoyed living here a lot! The other dorms (like Lipton + Britanny) are gonna be bigger and have wooden floors (Weinstein has tile) but Weinstein is definitely the best located of the dorms and has the best dining hall (in my opinion lol). It depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re more about location and amenities Weinstein is definitely a good choice, but if you want a really cute dorm (that doesn’t have cinderblock walls lmao) then it’s probably not for you. Before I moved in everyone always told me how bad the dorms are at Weinstein and that they’re “so small” and like “prison cells” or whatever but it is not bad at allll and I’ve actually enjoyed it a lot! Ppl just like being dramatic haha. Hope that helps xx :)
welp… not much has changed still the exact same furniture & cinder block walls YAY!! Loved my years living at Weinstein & watching your video really made me so happy thank you & sending you wishes for the best of everything! (btw my roommate {she’s also been my best friend since we were 12} was a Music Business major while at NYU & she has had an awesome career…hope you do as well ✌🏼)

@@haileydawn27 Yes thank you so much! I think I'd prefer location and food over room-niceness lol so it sounds like the ideal choice
