I like everything about the Repair Shop except the host. He doesn't seem very sensitive to the items they work on.

I seem to remember that the missing stopwork was not replaced before returning the box to the customer. Why was this essential part of the mechanism 'overlooked'?
I have a music box made by Thorens. It is a family antique. It works but I am sure it has never been serviced. Do they need servicing? It seems to be completely enclosed. I can send a picture if you are interested. Carma
