These girls were making manic arrangements back in 2018?...which is the release of this one. I've heard this before but didn't know it was from 2018!!!! Two years before "Different" and three years before "No God"...DAMN! Impressive. This to me means that Unseen world was brewing in that Kanami's wonderful mind for quite a while.
In my opinion Screaming is the beginning of the Sense-type compositions. :)
FYI Different actually sat on the shelf for a long time due to the anime scheduling. I think they recorded it sometime around Conqueror.

That's true, but this single was released mid 2018 (over a year before Conqueror released), so this track is probably recorded before Conqueror was. Not sure when she started to write Different though. Screaming (and I agree Different as well) are probably the first 2 songs that came out from when Kanami started to experiment with those octave pedals which she uses soo much nowadays. She has clearly been experimenting with that sound for a while.

I think Kanami was trying to emulate a traditional Japanese instrument. This song was also re-mixed for Band-Maiko. I'm not sure if you've check out their alter ego yet.
On their 2019 European Tour they played it after Real Existence, which was the opening song. A really heavy package right at the beginning.
Creo que con esta canción empezaron a definir un poco lo que sería su sonido a partir de ahí. Es tan sólo mi opinión, pero todos sus nuevos temas tienen mucho en común con el sonido y la velocidad que imprimen a la composición y elaboración de ese tema.
Impresionante la canción y la eligieron cómo cara B, la modestia de estas mujeres no tiene parangón.
En su día Akane dijo que ésta era la más difícil de tocar para ella, pero hay un vídeo practicándola con Misa y Kanami y la hacen con los ojos vendados. Alucinante.

The precursor to every Band-Maid song of greater than 220 bpm. It was the song that showed me Miku could write lyrics with the best of them. This is the enduring story (probably autobiographical even though small pigeon has always maintained that she never writes about herself) of a young woman slowly going mad and being fully aware of it happening in real time. Self-awareness Miku style. Still one of my very favorite songs from the best rock band on the planet. Regards.
