Sorry to disappoint, but TIVII dominates over Reed's "Red Shoe" any day. Just watch the episode of Myth Busters when they had Read and Sean show up for a show down on whose vehicle could actually withstand an EF5 tornado. It was a fun episode to watch
I go for TIV, because the TITUS got sucked up by an F5. TITUS had to use a winch to barely hold on, until it snapped. If you notice, TITUS doesn't have the wind skirts that TIV has and that allowed the wind from the tornado to go under it and pick it up and eventually crash it.

Nope. Reed was working on that design years before this, he just didn't have the money. Sean Casey wasted years of his life as a filmmaker in the TIV.
