This game favors characters with forward advancing special moves that are super safe on block or leave them at an advantage. That's one thing the top tiers of this game have in common, spammable super safe moves. So seeing Balrog and his safe dash punches lose to an inferior character like Chun-Li is so enjoyable.
G is not a good match for Chun li, Rashid, Cammy or Karen, Smug should have chosen Balrog for this match and maybe Smug's G would not have been destroyed with the greatest of ease.

He just has to figure out how to play into g's strengths against good players playing characters like Chun li. Balrog had the same problem right? I think he will break the wall with his G this time, especially with his experience with dudley.
