After some research and testing I found I can use Worldedit to copy and paste this new stage into my Pipe Dream 2 world. There's a few adjustments I'll need to make but they should be compatible. Pipe Dream 2 with updated stage coming next month?????
Man... what you can do with redstone these days is just ubserd But I'm glad there are still those who remember animusic... those videos left me enthralled as a kid

Holy Sh*t. I came here looking for your old version to show a friend and found this profoundly accurate beauty. Matching the aesthetics along with the sounds...MIND BLOWN. Edit: The original version was by cymetron in like 2016, but it didn't apply the similar appearance.
I'm glad you liked it! Cymetron's version is actually what inspired me to do this, and is still really impressive for its time. I don't think observers even existed back then :P
Alot of work, like Intel product and others. 14 years, everyone forget this nostalgia...( Great work man! The first(i think) animusic animation in MCJE. (i hope he don't see my comment, it's fine.)
Schematica would help a lot for you to rebuild something on your other world. It can place blocks instantly and automatically with very little human input needed.
Will look into this, thanks! Edit: After some research I downloaded Worldedit and successfully copy pasted this stage into my Pipe Dream 2 world. If I do a Pipe Dream 2 video it's because of your comment, so thank you!
Great job! As a personal recommendation, I'd try filming the whole thing at a slower pace, then speeding it up in editing so the blocks move at a fsater pace. Heck, you might get all the notes that were played.
I've considered this is the past, but the problem is I would have to completely redo the timings (for example slimeblock launchers would need to have half of the normal delay) and while it might look good for the vibraphone, it messes up other instruments like the string instrument.
@@CowsSayMoo, I’m pretty sure there is a way to accommodate for that. I don’t know how elaborate red stone machines like this work, but I’m pretty sure there is a way. Even if you have to do it yourself.
That’s AMAZING!!!!! And I thought the first version was cool… Also, I’d love to see a behind-the-scenes of this build, as that ACTUALLY ROUND AND ACTUALLY _FUNCTIONAL_ vibraphone is freaking incredible!!! A 360-degree gravel launcher with extremely precise aim. That is something I’ve never seen before, and I’m _dying_ to know how that thing works! I know it’s mostly bubble columns just by looking at it, but how in the world do you actually launch the gravel blocks that precisely!?
I'm glad you like it! I'm planning to do a behind the scenes video in the future. For now, I'll give you my best description of how it works. I found that gravel loses directional velocity over time, which is important so the gravel pops out of the center and doesn't overshoot the vibraphone notes. There's a bunch of long tunnels filled with bubble elevators extending outwards in all directions from the instrument, which the gravel shoots through, causing it to slow down enough to land in the right places. The diagonals were trickier, but follow the same concept. Of course lots of testing was required to get the timings and trajectories correct. This WIP video from several months ago may give you a better idea of how it works: ruclips.net/video/kkvt0SHUpvE/видео.html
How long did it take that for you to hook up all the Redstone and make sure it works and by the way I'm just curious about how long it took to hook up. And btw I've never done that build. But just as much I appreciate your videos I love on how much work and effort that you put into that build and I'm sorry for this being a long comment if you can't read so I'm sorry for it being so long.
I'm glad you liked it! This build and all the redstone took close to a 100 hours to design and test. Luckily I was able to reuse all the music programming from my original stage.
I was planning on doing a behind the scenes video, but I never got around to it. It's essentially just a lot of bubble elevators and slimeblock launchers.

Beautiful. I love how you mimicked the camera movements just like the original. Especially at 2:32
As someone who used to watch Animusic when I was young, this really puts a smile on my face. Same goes for Pipe Dream 2.
This is AWESOME!! Best thing I've seen today!
An absolute madlad for creating one of the most popular animusic songs of all time. Take my like
This is by far one of the most complex minecraft redstone machine out there.

How does work? I wanna see a behind the scenes
I was planning on doing a behind the scenes video, but I never got around to it. It's essentially just a lot of bubble elevators and slimeblock launchers.
Was it necessary to remake the entire structure? No. But did the original need one either? Also no. Its just cool.
my brain defaulted to "animusic but in the music style of hypixel skyblock" for some reason
yes
Wow
Pipe Dream in Minecraft
How...just........how? This is...............
I tried making something like this years ago!
mumbo jumbo be like:
up主,能发一个存档吗?
You could use the Create mod
I actually used the Create mod to recreate Acoustic Curves, and I’m using it for the chimes in my upcoming Pipe Dream 3 video
One word: HOW?!
Lots of slime block launchers, bubble elevators, and a ridiculous amount of testing
@@CowsSayMoo 😂 Rip, but worth it! Good jeb! 😀
Remake using garage band
Do the Mario underground pipe dream

ЭТО ОХУЕННО! Я ПРОКОММЕНТИРУЮ ЭТО!
I thinks someone was bored
Pipe dream more like block dream but ok
Block dream
how
slime block gravel launchers, bubble elevators, and a lot of patience!
Hola
I think bro literally use mods
Other than the carpet mod to increase the piston push limit for the chimes, all of this is completely Vanilla Minecraft!
