    PINTS AND PLOW!!
Love this place ! Great food and desserts ❤they make beer and I love it.
And I like the tea house across from it. They are too expensive for Kerrville but I love it.

In Texas, Fredericksburg has the highest percentage of millionaires, where 701 households with more than $1 million in assets makes up nearly 6.5% of the area’s population. (Fredericksburg come in at No. 47 on the national list.)
Kerrville is No. 2 on the Texas list, with millionaires making up nearly 6 percent of the area’s population

Good video. How about a video about the job market in the two towns. In order to buy a basic home at those price points, live with a child, etc, you will need to start with a great paying job.

FBG is too expensive. I frankly despise FBG. I lived 20mi from both with a 20 acre yard for 25 yrs. Great experience but wow it’s changed. FBG used to be very Germanic but it’s becoming a mini-Austin.

Late 70s FBurg was in my sales territory, and was even more Germanic then. Great town, nice people but a bit suspicious of “outsiders,” lol, anyone not “from there.” Had a great customer in a sawmill there though which may have been the biggest business in town at the tie.

Could you make a video about the restaurant scene in Fredericksburg and in Kerrville?

If building a custom home, then is it more expensive to build the same home in Fredericksburg as it would be in Kerrville?

It depends on a few things. Location being one of them. Does the Hoa have the same or different requirements? If they have the same requirements then I would say the cost is the same. Land is typically more expensive in Fredericksburg.

It’s ridiculously expensive to buy or build in FBG. Much more pricey.

My sister moved to Kerrville. Seems boring as hell so I would never do it.

Population and drive times in Fredisburg and New Braunfels is terrible. I'd rather do Kerrville.
Ideal place is Uvalde, Johnson City or Llano.

Kerrville has the worst medical care . I had to take my love one to Fredericksburg. The nurses and therapist are great but a few of those doctors are so uncaring about you, and it shows.

    These comparisons are RIDICULOUS !
Forget wineries and restaurants , that’s not the SOUL of either one , you gotta be a YANKEE !
