    *Its very true, you can eat as per your choice, but need to work hard to digest it. My diet is around 10 Chapati, I do continuous running around 42 Mins. 150 to 200 pushups, 300 crunches every alternate day. I take no special diet. I usually take Lemon tea with Sugar, Sprouts in the morning and normal daily food. I never smoked, quit occasional drinking in 2012. I'm stronger than ever. Believe me if you are trying to achieve something then achieve health. May be you find it time wasting today, but you will understand it, once you get older 🙏*

    एक मनुष्य की शरीर की संरचना अदभुत है.
    जिस परिवेश और परिस्थितियों में रहता है शरीर उसी मे ढल जाता है.
    जैसे एक उत्तर भारतीय जब दक्षिण मे रह कर काम करता है तो वही का खान पान का आदी हो जाता है.
    धीरे धीरे मौसम में भी ढल जाता है और यदि ठंड में दिल्ली आ जाये तो उसे ठंड में ज्यादा कठिनाई होगी अन्य के मुताबिक.

    Thanks sir 🙏🙏🙏Mai 40+ hu n yhi sochti hu ki hmare time pr srf simple food n kbhi kbhi seasonal fruit khate the n hmare parents to ajkl ke fast food ko aj bhi pasand nhi karte n healthy hai . bp, sugar ab hua hai. I think whi diet jise log khte hai ki kuchh khane ko nhi tha, whi sahi thi.
    Ek aur baat ki labourers ki diet ek tarah se vegan diet hoti hai,,,,,no dairy, no non veg chahe financial problems ke karan hi sahi. Kyo na vegan bane, janwaro pr ho rahe atyaachaar se unko bachakar punya kmaye, sehat n paise bachaye. Non veg, dairy, bakery ,,,, yhi bimariyon ke main reason hai🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
