Day6 is such a perfect group, it has members that are good at singing, playing musical instruments, and the looks are just on point. I don't really care if they can't dance, coz lol music industry is all about music, it has to be about music and Day6 has all takes to be no. 1 in terms of music in korea.

To all who wish to know a lil about Day6:
They are JYP's first band, a self-composing/producing band with all 4 members (except the drummer) on Top35 male kpop idols with most co-produced/co-written/co-composed songs in Kpop history. Yes, you heard it right, 4 members included on top 35 in all of KPOP history. Composed of Jae (Korean-American), on vocals, lead guitar and co-composed some songs and co-written (lyrics). A PolSci major in California State University before becoming a JYP trainee. He sang the pre-chorus in Shoot Me. He used to be an MC of After School Club, runs a twitter by @Jae_Day6 and youtube as Jaesix. I am telling you Jae is the funniest twitter guy/youtuber. YoungK is on bass and written lyrics to most of their song (#19 on that top35 list above). He recently got his degree in Business Administration (academic degree for an idol is rare in Korea). Sungjin is the leader, co-composed some songs too. He has that raspy voice and plays rhythm guitar. Wonpil is on synth/keyboard and co-composed songs too. He is the high pitched member here. Dowoon is the maknae, on drums and rarely sings but he did here. He helps with composing sometimes too.

Day6 is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me. The moment i found out about these dorks, my life actually changed. I'm fucking complete. This song is beyond beautiful. I'm in my early 30's now so I'm by far not your typical listener. I got into korean music a good decade ago with BigBang and 2NE1 and I still love them. Besides them, I do slightly keep up with current bands and there's a couple of songs I like of each group. But ever since I've discovered Day6 I haven't found even one song I didn't like - their music gives me this nostalgic feeling... It's hard to explain but everytime I hear their songs I wanna go back to were I grew up, lay down in the grass under the sun and just stare into the sky, discovering cloud animals with my best friends next to me. Or something like that. :D
Anyway, a huge "thank you" to you guys - Dowoon, Jay, Sungjin, Young K and Wonpil - for giving someone a much needed escape on the daily drive to work. :) Keep going!

And he went to the fan meet (only at the end) to saw his fans. When the members saw him they cried because he was in the hospital for 4 days and the members miss him. They're so precious

I've been listening to Korean songs for almost a decade now but this is my first time crying and smiling while listening to a Korean song. I understand some hangul but I'm not fluent in Korean, yet I somehow can always understand the message in DAY6 songs. Their music really have this special magic that gives me the feeling that they want me to feel in every song they created! And for this particular special song, I really felt the sincerity and the eagerness to SHOUT to the world their LOVE for their fans.♥ I cried when I first listened to their performance of Beautiful Feeling at YMMD fanmeet via audio streaming. I cried again when I watched this MV with the subtitles. I've never been so in love and touched by a band's music like this!!

Who else wants to go to a concert by them? Because i've been to a lot but they play super like bass drop music and really energetic songs but dude if these songs (calm and "beautiful") played it would be so chill and give me such a vibe 💜💜
i've had the absolute PRIVILEGE of seeing them live and let me tell you it is an out of body experience. their vocals are better in real life, it's amazing. 15/10 would recommend going to a concert of theirs if you have the chance.

my venue was quite small (emo's in austin) and there were no seats. If you're in the pit then I would definitely recommend getting as close as possible. Also not all of their songs have fanchants but the ones that do are easy to learn (like I wait) just look over them beforehand! also bring spending money, i bought a lightstick and a sweatshirt that i wear everyday bc i love it so much :) oh and also prepare yourself, i was so shocked by how tall jae is in real life lol

Honestly, it dropped and I said to myself, "Ok, another Day6 comeback with no singing Dowoon; awesome." Then I got to that part and I was like, "Oh. My. God., DOWOON HAS LINES!" I replayed that part around 15 times.
