"The more biodiversity I see. The more excited I get." Loved that comment in the video. Just as nature intends it to be :-)

They recommend increasing herd size by 400% which equates to more beef. How does this increase the price of a hamburger?

Imaging having 200 acres and you conventionally could only get maybe 50 cows on it if you divided it into 4 sections. Now do it holistically and you can put 200 cows on it with less input, and with 180 rest period for each paddock. If you cut the rest down to 60 paddocks you could do 600 cows but potentially feeding more hay on the winter. So with that you would have less cost in the cows. Also the price at the store isn’t high because of the farmer it’s all the other hands that touch it, transportation, butchering, the grocery store, all that also drives the price up. On average, farmers and ranchers receive 15 cents of every dollar spent on food. The rest of that money (85 cents if you're doing the math) goes to other areas of food retail like production and processing, marketing, and transportation and distribution. That amount varies greatly depending on the type of food.

How is it that animal agriculture has forgotten about grazing? Hmm, lemme roll that up in a one ton hay bale. I can get a 1/4 lb burger with ketchup and a bun for $2.50. If we go this route, and we should, then fasten your seatbelts for the $6 dollar basic burger. A trip to Five Guys for four people would cost $50. I hate to say it, but we got to get ready for some kind of paradigm shift whether we want it or not in the truly
    chaotic future.

Actually if we go this route, eventually a lot of people would get back into farming and that would drive the prices down because the market would have more beef.
