@@SS-BlueStarlike sempre. Eu faço as orações obrigatória sentado ou em pé as vezes não uso os movimentos. Pq aprende que Bahá’u’lláh ele mudou as coisas no modo geral. Então creio que as orações obrigatória é as orações não obrigatória não tem padrão pra fazer é igual os salmos pode fazer em pé ou sentado ou de joelho na posição que quiser creio que seja opcional. Única coisa que seja obrigatória e fazer ablusão.

I think there is no obligation in prayer unless the person want because ir should comes from heart not duty
