That’s Kyle’s (HVAC Explorations/Siren Explorations) siren. He works as an HVAC technician which is why the place looks like a junkyard with those old ACs as well as his sirens. I bet his neighbors are 100% lucky tho!

What function does the blower serve?
It acts as a supercharger and basically forces a lot of air into the intake on the chopper, makes for a louder sound.
correct, it pushes air from the tubes on the pole. spinning the chopper inside the siren.@@masonduprey7807

AGASTATs are used by some railroads for safety critical time-outs in highway crossings. Thirsty, but very reliable.
