Thanks for the video, it was informative =). On a side note, I would recommend considering to reduce the volume of the background BGM or removing it altogether since it hurts the head when watching the video at 2x speed.

Very good! That thin strip of metal that fell out when you pulled the coil thermistor out of its thermowell - was that there just to help secure the thermistor in the thermowell? Also, what is more likely to fail, the air thermistor or the coil thermistor (I don't have a multimeter handy to check them at the moment). I'm pretty sure it's a thermistor problem I currently have as I have two separate evaporator heads coming off one outdoor compressor - one of the heads seems to work (fan is fine) but it won't heat or cool the air whilst the other evaporator head heats and cools just fine indicating it is not a compressor problem.
