I'm a musician, vocalist, and songwriter. I think SEE THAT is actually a change up paradise. It's their cleanest MIXXPOP to date. So many people barely even noticed all the change ups that were happening because the transitions were seamless and perfect. Boom is also up there with their cleanest MIXXPOP with change ups in their discography. But to be honest my favorite tracks with change ups are actually JUST DID IT and HOME from EXPERGO. Especially JUST DID IT, it was so perfectly arranged, the change ups were placed in the right spots, the change up tracks themselves were tastefully chosen. My favorite track in their overall discography is LOVE IS LONELY 😁. It's a masterpiece!
I also think that "See that" have the best change up and second in line for me is Sonar. I believe that the "See that MV" doesn't give justice to the smoothness of transitioning back as it has a second or two more transition delay

It took me some time to get used to the NMIXX change up hype. Look at me now, from being a questionable girl group from my perspective to my ult girl group of this newer gen group🤣
NMIXX is the best and most interesting group in kpop for me. I love mixxpop, I hope they will make a chaos song like DICE again, or just make a lot of change ups in one song! I liked the new comeback, all the songs from the album are great, Fe3O4: Break and Stick Out are the best albums this year. I hope they will be recognized soon and they will be very popular!
My ranking 1. O.O (the best chaotic change up) 2. DICE (rap and beat + the trumpet and high notes) 3. Dash (smooth, love the guitar inst.) 4. Soñar (love this part, after chorus) 5. BOOM (didn't expect this, so good) 6. See That (unnoticeable but still nice)
O.O just worked SO WELL as a debut song, with the extreme change up, lily's high note AND the dance move combined to change it back to the original tune really pulled out all the stops

The newer change ups are better then the older ones. They fit in the song well without making the song sound weird. Both O.O and Dash Change ups were too extreme. Which made it feel like 2 completely Different songs. But for the newer ones Dash,Sonar,Boom,See that? All were so well put together with the song that it felt like one song only
