Derek has all the rear shots, but i agree with @user-kg1od9es5d, it seems he has always some water in arms and pecs. Samson is balanced, very aestethic, x-men like no other, but lack of back details and, for what i've seen, his left lat is smaller than the right one.

Suppersetting bent over rows with this prime row makes no sense at all. The little rest in between those sets just decreases the load and work he can do on the latter set. And why does he NOT put most of the plates on the top peg on the prime row to improve the resistance curve when thats the main benefit of this maschine?! Opimizing his back training would actually make the difference between him getting second or first at the O. Not fulfilling his potential by suboptimal training makes me sad and angry because i am a big fan and want him to win the O.
