why are you counting out hadi? hadi is the most conditioned by far thus far! hes been condiitoned since 10 weeks out. Im not really seeing the same dryness and lean-ness on anyone else. Derek's muscle look doughy and water-retentive.

@@adamheeley285 hadi has all the frontal shots, simply because of his conditioning, great and aestethic abs, very separeted quads. Derek has all the rear shots, but i agree with
@user-kg1od9es5d, it seems he has always some water in arms and pecs. Samson is balanced, very aestethic, x-men like no other, but lack of back details and, for what i've seen, his left lat is smaller than the right one.

Conditioning looks way improved. Tricep striations are way more pronounced then what I saw from the Arnold. Keep grinding almost time 🔥🔥🔥

Samson is a lock for Top 3 this year. First place will go to the next best conditioned after Hadi, who I don’t think will be given the crown - for “political” reasons.
Hadi will get it if his the best on stage. However I do agree if it’s really close the smart business decision would be to give it to someone else who promotes the sport more world wide rather then just there own small country

man he would bring up his back much quicker if he would step up his training knowledge by watching the videos of guys like Kuba Cielen, Joe Bennet or John Jewett. Suppersetting bent over rows with this prime row makes no sense at all. The little rest in between those sets just decreases the load and work he can do on the latter set. And why does he NOT put most of the plates on the top peg on the prime row to improve the resistance curve when thats the main benefit of this maschine?! Opimizing his back training would actually make the difference between him getting second or first at the O. Not fulfilling his potential by suboptimal training makes me sad and angry because i am a big fan and want him to win the O.
