Wow, it's my first time to see Ningxia Night Market covered by a huge roof. Just googled and found that it's during the Lunar New Year. 6:20 The oyster omelette restaurant is recommended by Michelin, but it's not a starred one. Most Michelin starred restaurants are much more expensive.
You mention “Michelin Star” so many times, but these places have absolutely nothing to do with what is considered a Michelin-starred restaurant. Michelin-Starred Restaurant is a restaurant awarded one, two, or three Michelin stars that has been recognized for its exceptional quality of food, service, and overall dining experience, and is associated with a fine-dining experience at 360 degrees, typically very elegant and formal environments, far from what you show at the night markets 😂 The stalls you say are Michelin-starred are just Michelin-Recommended (often referred to as “Bib Gourmand”). The nights markets offer great cheap food and are a wonderful experience, but they are not Michelin-starred and if you ever go to a Michel-starred restaurant (even just one star) you’ll realise the difference is enormous, also in price 😂
I love the girl giving out the peace sign Thur out the video

It’s really not easy to be able to talk non-stop & smile all the time...
