OK. In the preceding video--fluffy keto pancakes--I promised you my blackberry coulis recipe and so here it is. While getting ready, I realized I had a pound each of frozen strawberries and blueberries in the freezer, so I thought I'd make this a three-in-one video. Hi Roe! They last up to 2 weeks in the fridge (theoretically, that is--we eat this up long before then, usually). They freeze great! Hope you try them!
