Hi, are the safety pins actually useful? I'm afraid they are too short and the fact that they can't be attached everywhere due to the presence of the pieces that allow to bend the rack doesn't help as well. What's your experience?
Not exact sure you safety pins you are talking . The the one you need for pull up rod at top , by removing that you can bend the rack . It pretty solid though. Do you have similar one ore planning to get one ?
Hey now got you ,those are useful brother . You can adjust it for your incline beach press , flat bench and for squat. I use it for all those exercises. The pieces that allow bending will block only 3 holes apart from that you can adjust it everywhere

Yes I do use it . This is good foldable rack and easy to move around(though I don’t move it much) , done not take more space . It’s multipurpose.

How is it for pull stability wise?
It’s quite stable for pull ups ,Diameter of the rod is bit less though
