It's just that I've observed on several occasions that anytime she shoots scenes w/ NAC or references his character in the script she lights up. I love TJs honesty about Spencer. He didn't give Trina a lecture. He listened and just said " they care about you and don't want you hurt." But accepted she's an adult to make her decisions and left it alone. The rest of the family should do the same.
TJ, I love your perspective on Spencer and didn't go directly into Spencer bashing. He sees his flaws, but also knows that he's a good guy with a huge heart. No judgements. I love the cousin dynamic between Trina and TJ.
This is refreshing to see someone in her family just listening omg and admitting to knowing a different side to Spencer. She can be open about how she feels that all she has to do is see Spencer and she'll know how he is and smiling when TJ asked how long she's known Spencer. Now she'll have a big cuz she can talk to and can also help her get through the storm that's coming. More scenes with them please.

Trina said they (parents, etc) don't like Spencer for her. I call this MAJOR progress. Trina knows Spencer is for her. Trina and TJ scenes were my favorite of the episode. I love their vibe and I am happy that Spencer has someone in his corner and Sprina will need at least ONE of Trina's family member in their corner and I'm glad it is her cousin TJ. I kinda forgot about the Molly connection, it was nice to have them remind me.

And yeah, take this case of Spencer cassidine, he is related to several peoples: a cousin (molly and Spencer, Sam and spencer) or a relative for example Spencer and uncles (Sonny Corinthos, victor cassidine, and others etc....) stepbrother and sister (Josslyn Jacks and Michael Corinthos, dante falconeri and Michael Corinthos).
I love the fact that tj's neutral territory in this scene and knows there's different sides to Spencer but at same time understand why portia, curtis, Marshall and taggart r concern and especially taggart cuz his sister got involved with a cassadine nikolas years ago and he knows that family well and even tho Trina's an adult and loves her family but she still need to be careful
TJ is really the only member of this family who can speak to Spencer's character because he has known him so long. I'm surprised the writers even remembered that little fact. I think TJ will be neutral when things become official for them. I don't like Portia but she's been a good mother and her feelings and doubts about Spencer are 100% valid, same goes for Taggert especially since Gia and her history with Nikolas but Curtis and Marshall no. They may be blood relatives but they have no right to comment. The way Curtis treated Jordan is what soured him for me. The minute Portia came back into his life that man was dying for an excuse to leave her and Marshall abandoned his family. I don't care why, he left them and they have known Trina all of two minutes they need to remain silent but that's not going to happen. But yeah, give me some more TJ and Trina because this is good content. Love the scenes.
TJ perfectly described Spencer. He has grown up to be the exact adult he was as a kid and mostly i just see a very lonely boy screaming for attention and love from his father😢😢
NOW that Nik is “ dead”. Spencer SOUL will be up for grabs . Trina will have to fight HARD for Spencer. Sprina fans, we now have our version of Anakin Skywalker and Padme. Spencer will be heir to Cassadine fortune and Ava, EsMean and Victor will try to turn him into the DARK side. Trina and Laura will fight for him to stay good. Who will win?

well biologically TJ and Trina aren't related because even though Curtis is supposedly Trina's biological father, Thomas, Curtis's brother, isn't TJ's biological father, Sean is, who was Thomas's friend. So if Curtis is revealed to be Trina's biological father, TJ is still her cousin by marriage (step daughter of Curtis) and legally TJ's cousin since TJ is named after and on paper, Thomas's son.
