Raindrops and Dreams 🎧 1 HR Bilateral Music *60 BPM | For Anxiety, Stress, PTSD, Insomnia | EMDR

This is a bilateral-music session with a deep bilateral beat running at 60 BPM for one hour. This session has gentle rain sounds. A 40 Hz wave is played for a short while about every 7 minutes. Bilateral stimulation is used for anxiety, PTSD, restlessness, and other stress related ailments. Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.
