Uff carrerón a puro rebufo (succión), en líneas rectas lo ideal para ganar más velocidad es tratar de inclinarse o agacharse lo mayor posible, esto para evitar resistencia al viento, mientras menos resistencia, mayor velocidad, y cuando vas detrás de otro competidor, para ganar más velocidad, es mantener su línea (ir detrás de él, ojo solo en línea recta) y sobrepasarlo cuando lo tengas a 2 o 3 mts de distancia, ya que, la resistencia al viento la tendrá el de delante, más no el de atrás. Es aerodinámica, más o menos como funciona un F1.

they should do a running start like in bobsledding. the guy in the back should tuck up against the driver to eliminate the gap in between and reduce the drag.
I wonder if golf ball dimples on the tires, body and helmets would make you a bit more slippery through the air and thus faster. You run a just the right speed for it to make a difference. LOVE THESE VIDEOS!!!!! Thanks for sharing.
Why are you not getting as low as you can. The air is slowing you down. Also, if you're behind another car, stay in their draft. These things will make you go faster. Looks like great fun.

This is SO outstanding. If only Jeremy James and Hamster could go there to do the race. I will never get tired of watching. I must say though, somer of the pedestrian and vehicle parking on the actual raceway, and on the possible emergency sections where the racers could need to go off the highway is terrifying. How come the Cops don't clear those idiots off the bloody roadway?
